My students
and friends send me movies and we just don’t know if they are copyrighted or
not. If you feel that you have rights to the clip, just send me a mail and we
will remove the clip if we think your juridical position makes sense. Please be
aware that we are on a European server and are not subject to crazy courts that
will give you $$.$$$,$$$.$$ for a trifle infringement we were not aware of.
If I put a
PR clip of your company into my web space and you cause me problems, I will sue
you for the service I did to propagate your business.
